  • By commissioning me you agree to all of my terms of service.

  1. I have the right to reject any order for any reason.

  2. Strictly NO NFT'S or crypto related technology is allowed in any form of transaction or part of the commission.

  3. I only accept payment through BOOSTY website.

  4. Commission can be paid 100% upfront OR 50% down payment and 50% after sketch approval.

  5. Client must provide clear idea of the work they would like and they must provide a clear reference image(if required).

  6. I will start working once either full payment has been received or 50% payment has been received. I, the artist, will confirm with the client that i have received the payment.

  7. I will only work with the commissions if i have time and opportunity to do so. There is no order of delivering.

  8. The approximate time it takes to finish your commission varies 2 weeks-3 month depending on factors such as health, commission complexity, special ocassions/family events and etc. But I will try to finish the work as soon as possible.

  9. I, the artist, reserve the right to upload finished artwork in my social media.

  10. I retain all the copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

  11. I will NOT claim the intellectual property of the commissioned artwork.

  12. You may upload the commissoned artwork on any website and social channels with proper credit given to the artist.

  13. You may NOT make profits from the commissioned artwork.

  14. You are NOT allowed to conduct any modifications or altering without my consent.

  15. You retain the rights to the intellectual property.

  16. WIPs can be given, if I, the artist, wonder something about the piece.

  17. After finishing the work, you will receive a full-quality PNG artwork file using gmail, discord or etc.
